Description
Spring in southern Wyoming 155 million years ago brings bouncing baby stegosaurs (Hesperosaurus) and their mother to a grove of horsetails to browse on the new shoots. Parental care in stegosaurs is suggested by tracks in the Morrison Formation near Morrison, Colorado, which show adult footprints overlapping those of juveniles. Thanks for looking as always!
